As a former three-time all-American and soccer hall of famer, she has covered all sports, collegiately or professionally, and most recently worked with the NBA, WNBA, NFL, MLS, and MLB. Outside of reporting, Washington is also a motivational speaker and founder of the organization "Planted, Not Buried", focused on empowering, inspiring, and educating through resources, events, and opportunities.
