"Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It’s about impact, influence, and inspiration." – Robin S. Sharma. One should strive to lead others not for personal gain, but for the pure goal to influence and impact the people who look up to your mission. Leadership should be a universal goal of bringing together a community, not labeling yourself of being in power or better than someone else.
