MLB All-Star Week Events

HBCU Swingman Classic: July 10

Ken Griffey Jr. helped create this event to give 50 Division I HBCU baseball players exposure to MLB scouts and the broader baseball community. The American League won the 2026 HBCU Swingman Classic in front of a great Philadelphia crowd!

2026 MLB Draft: July 11

The Pennsylvania Convention Center’s Grand Hall will be hosting the first four rounds of the MLB draft on Saturday at 1pm EST. The draft is free to the public.

Capital One All-Star Village: July 11 - July 14

The Pennsylvania Convention Center will also turn into a fan festival for All-Star week. This will include baseball-themed attractions, the chance to meet baseball legends, and many other experiences! Tickets will need to be purchased to enter.

All-Star Futures Game: July 12

At 12pm EST, 50 baseball players will have the opportunity to play at Citizens Bank Park. 39 of these players come from the MLB Pipeline Top 100 Prospects. Tickets are still available!

MLBx: All-Star 3-on-3: July 12

Immediately following the conclusion of the Futures Game, the MLBx: All-Star 3-on-3 competition will take place at Citizens Bank Park. This is a team based Home Run Derby with 3 players on each team. While one team is trying to earn points by hitting home runs, the other team can earn points for catches. Tickets are still available!

Home Run Derby: July 13

With a new format this year, it will be fun to see what player can hit the most home runs! Check out the link for more information on this year’s derby and a breakdown of the new format!

MLB All-Star Game and Red Carpet Show: July 14

All-Star week will close out with the highly anticipated All-Star game! First pitch will be at 8pm EST, however at 2pm EST the Independence Mall will be hosting a free Red Carpet Show. This is a chance for fans to see their favorite All-Stars before the game!
