What is the RWMC Network?
The RWMC Network is a professional development and networking community powered by Renee Washington Media & Consulting. It brings together the resources, career guidance, educational content, professional opportunities, and relationships already being developed through RWMC and creates a community where members can access them while also connecting with one another.
The goal is simple: help people grow individually while creating opportunities to grow together.
Who does the RWMC Network Support?
The Network is designed to support people at different stages of their professional journeys, including:

As the Network grows, members may also have access to dedicated communities and resources based on their interests or career stage.
Membership
How does membership work?
Choose Free, Premium, or Executive. Each level has its own member hub; you must join and sign in to access even the Free Hub. You’ll see the hub for your membership level. The sign-up pages explain current benefits, pricing, and access.
Can I start with Free and upgrade later?
Yes. You can join for free and choose a paid level later if you want additional group programming and resources.
Are private coaching or guaranteed opportunities included?
No. One-to-one coaching and consulting are separate RWMC services, and membership does not guarantee a job, client, referral, introduction, or other outcome.
Community Expectations
How should I participate?

Be kind, professional, and respectful of different backgrounds and perspectives.

Build genuine connections and respect people’s time and boundaries; avoid unwanted or repeated messages.

Do not harass, bully, threaten, discriminate, or make others feel unsafe.

Do not spam or repeatedly promote products, services, or events.

Protect privacy. Do not share another member’s contact information, private conversations, or personal details without permission.
What if I have a concern?
If someone is bothering you or you see conduct that violates these expectations, email rwmcoffice@gmail.com promptly. Include a brief description and relevant links or screenshots if you can do so safely. RWMC will review the concern and may warn, restrict, block, or remove a member as appropriate. You may also use available platform report or block tools.
Sessions and Opportunities
What are Office Hours and Networking Sessions?
Office Hours are group professional-development sessions for eligible paid members. Networking Sessions are community gatherings for members to meet and build relationships. Session details and registration will be shared with eligible members.
What opportunities might I find?
RWMC may share jobs, internships, freelance work, events, and other relevant opportunities. Availability and fit vary; members decide which opportunities to pursue.
