The countdown is on.
We’re heading into one of the most exciting stretches in sports — not just for Philadelphia, but across Pennsylvania — and you can feel the momentum building.
From the NFL Draft to the PGA Championship, Major League Baseball All-Star Week, and even the global stage of the FIFA World Cup… this is a defining moment for the region as a sports hub.
And I’m looking forward to being on the ground, a part of it all — covering, hosting, and continuing the conversations that bring these events to life.
I often get asked how I’m able to stay across so many different sports and major events at once. The truth is, it comes down to a few core things:
Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready.
Preparation isn’t something that starts the day of an event — it’s ongoing. Following storylines in real time, understanding the stakes, and doing the work before you arrive allows you to show up with intention.
Don’t just follow the conversation — contribute to it.
Whether it’s through panels, content, or on-the-ground coverage, I focus on being an active voice in the sports space. That’s where real connection and opportunity happen.
Know your audience — because every event is different.
The energy of MLB All-Star Week is not the same as the global reach of the World Cup. Understanding who you’re speaking to — and how they engage with the sport — is everything.
This is more than a busy sports calendar. It’s a moment.
And I’m excited to help tell the stories that come with it.
If you’ll be at any of these events — or covering from afar — I’d love to connect.
